Capitol Theatre and WesBanco Arena Job Fair

Come To Our Job Fair SEPTEMBER 7th from 11:00am – 1:00pm and from 5:00pm – 7:00pm in the new lobby at the WesBanco Arena.

We are currently looking for part-time employees committed to providing excellent customer service to all Capitol Theatre and WesBanco Arena guests. If you are customer service minded and enjoy helping others and can work nights, weekends and holidays, please review our current part-time job openings.


Employees to handle cash and credit card transactions with guests at cash register. Cook, prepare & cook all hot food items. Verify guests are over 21 years of age for alcoholic drinks.  Obtain a food handlers card within 30 days of hire. (Several days will be given to you to choose from to take class (paid for by the Theatre and Arena).


Provides information and assistance to arena guests.  Checks tickets and shows guests to proper seats, including accessible needs patrons.  Secures specific exit doors and assigned areas.  Helps to enforce building safety procedures.  Scans tickets for admittance.  Assists in managing ingress/egress of front entrances and other controlled entry locations.  Assists with relocations, complaints and compliments of guests.  Monitors lobby area during events. Must have the ability to effectively interact with the public and provide courteous service.  Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some daytime hours.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist customers by selling e-Tix tickets or rolled tickets. Assist customers with Will Call tickets for events.  Accept payment and make change before giving tickets to customer. Provide accurate answers concerning events, tickets and schedules of upcoming events in person or on the telephone. Ability to deal tactfully, helpfully and professionally with the public to provide event information and accurately complete ticket transactions. Balances cash and receipt drawer with manager at the end of each shift. Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays – event by event basis.


Duties include but are not limited to: Clean bathrooms, pull garbage, dust the concourse and clean up spills on the concourse, in the stand, and on stairwells. Shifts would consist of 4 to 8 hours on the weeknights/weekends after an event and midnight shifts. Conversion Crew help convert the arenas from their normal hockey and basketball set up to a special event and back to normal set up. Hours are typically late night and early mornings.
