There is no explanation of how the renovated theater will provide the income to pay expenses, including the payroll of 65 new positions, Who will pay this and how will the income be generated? What will you do with the Capitol to bring in revenue? What can the Capitol do that Wesbanco Arena cannot already? If the Capitol Theatre was to be awarded the CDBG money, what would it be used for, $400,000 is a lot of money for a bathroom? I do not understand why there is an issue with parking, do you feel there will be a lack of parking? Will the renovation projects benefit local companies? Will the supplies and contractors be from the Valley? Since the Capitol will re-open, does this mean the Saturday Night Jamboree on WWVA will return? What is a Convention and Visitors Bureau?
